You can customize the body of the Agent email that's sent when a claim is processed.
To customize the body of the email:
- Navigate to Settings > Modules > Claims > Processed Claims Agent Email Body.
- In the Processed Claims Agent Email Body box, type the text you want to appear in the Processed Claims email.
- Under the Claim Payment Classifications section, select the Help link to open the Help box to see the dynamic text variables supported in the text box.

- Select Save.
Usage considerations
The Processed Claims Agent Email Body setting is directly related to the advanced setting agent-claim-process-email-body. When you enter text in the Processed Claims Agent Email Body box, BriteCore automatically populates the agent-claim-process-email-body Setting Value box. When you enter text in the agent-claim-process-email-body Setting Value box, BriteCore automatically populates the Processed Claims Agent Email Body setting.
