The Disable Claims Emails setting (for super users, the setting can be located as halt-emails advanced setting) allows you to enable or disable BriteCore's behavior to send claims emails automatically.
You can enable or disable the following automatic emails:
- Claim submission email
- Claim status change email
To disable claim emails:
- Navigate to Settings > Modules > Claims > Options.
- Select the Disable Claims Emails checkbox.
- Select Save.
To enable claims emails:
- Navigate to Settings > Modules > Claims > Options.
- Unselect the Disable Claims Emails checkbox.
- Select Save.
Adoption considerations
- This setting doesn't conflict with other settings.
- The Halt-emails setting is directly related to the setting Disable Claims Emails in Settings > Modules > Claims > Options.
- When the halt-emails setting is set to True, the Disable Claims Emails checkbox is selected.
- When the Disable Claims Emails checkbox is unselected, the halt-emails setting is set to False.
- When the halt-emails setting is enabled, emails concerning claim status changes and emails concerning changes of contacts associated with a claim are prevented from being sent.
