Commissions setup

In BriteCore, commission payments are issued to either agencies or agency groups and are paid on either paid or written premium.

Commission payments are issued to either agencies or agency groups.

Note: By default, commissions are paid to agencies.

To pay agency groups:

1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, select Modules, and then select Contacts.
3. On the Contacts screen, under Commission Payments, in the For Agencies belonging to Agency Groups, pay commission to dropdown list, select Agency Group.

Note: If you select Agency Group, then all commissions will go to agency groups set up within BriteCore.

Pay on: Paid or written premium

While clients can define whether commissions are calculated upon paid or written premium, the user interface setting is currently restricted. Contact BriteCore for assistance.
