Remove underwriting questions

If you no longer want an underwriting question for an effective date or specific policy type, you can remove it.

To remove an underwriting question from an effective date:

1. n the BriteCore menu, select Lines.
2. On the Effective Dates screen, select the applicable effective date.
3. In the Policy Types menu, select Underwriting, and then select Questions.
4. On the Questions screen, below (Y/N Questions Only), next to the question you want to remove, select the delete icon .
5. In the Confirm dialog box, select OK.

To remove an underwriting question from a policy type:

1. In the BriteCore menu, select Lines.
2. On the Effective Dates screen, select the applicable effective date.
3. On the Policy Types screen, complete the following steps:
   1. In the Select State or Province dropdown list, select a state or province.
   2. Navigate to the applicable Policy Type, and then select Edit .
4. In the Policy Type menu, select Questions.
5. On the Questions screen, below (Y/N Questions Only), next to the question you want to remove, select the delete icon .
6. In the Confirm dialog box, select OK.
