The google-address-standardization advanced setting allows users to employ Google standardization of addresses.
Note: By default, this setting is disabled.
An address only geocodes when you enter:
- An address in the Address box.
- A ZIP code in the Zip box.
Once you enter this information, a dialog box appears with a standardized version of the address using Google, allowing the user to choose a standardized address.
Note: The message in the dialog box will note any changes, such as changing Road to Rd.
