JMI Reports provides comprehensive property profiles and data insights, aiding in informed decision-making. By integrating JMI Reports with BriteCore, administrators can seamlessly request and access property reports directly within the BriteCore Platform. This streamlined process saves time, reduces manual effort, and enhances the accuracy of property data management.

Implementing the Integration
Prerequisites:
- Sign a separate contract with JMI Reports and have received authentication credentials from JMI.
- Validation access to vendor integations setting page
- To enable: BriteCore employee will need to go to Advanced Setting, and toggle integrations:enabled from False to True then integrations:installable-solution-ids , and add UUID located in the developer console.
Integration Setup:
To configure the JMI Reports integration in BriteCore, follow these steps:
- Go to the vendor integration settings page within BriteCore.
- Navigate to Settings > Vendor Integrations in BriteCore.
- Install the JMI Reports integration:
- If the “Install” button for JMI Reports is not enabled, please contact the BriteCore support team.
- Select "Install” for JMI Reports
- Configure Installation:
- Follow the prompts in the pop-up wizard.
- Input JMI Credentials: Enter the JMI username, password and customer code to establish a connection with the JMI Reports API.
- Click ‘Next’
- Enter the JMI product codes as a comma separated list under ‘Supported Products’
- Confirm Vendor Visibility by copying and pasting both URLs as instructed.
- Select "Finish."
- Configure Installation:
- Go to “Installed Integrations” and click on “Select Policy Types” to configure the policy types that will utilize the JMI Reports integration.
Using the Integration
Once the integration setup is complete, underwriters can easily request property inspections through JMI Reports:
- Requesting an Inspection on the policy administration view of a policy:
- Navigate to the property tab within a policy.
- Select the “Request JMI Property Inspection” button.
- Select the right product code for the JMI report under ‘Select Product Type’
- Click Yes to order the report and you should see the message “Your request is currently pending at JMI.”
- Click ‘Done’
- Viewing the Report:
- After agreeing to run the inspection, the JMI report will be available in the Policy Attachment section once the inspection is completed.
