The claim_status_supervisor_email setting allows you to control whether BriteCore automatically sends notification emails to supervisors when a claim’s status is updated.
To enable or disable the suppression of these supervisor notification emails:
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Claims.
- In the claim_status_supervisor_email setting box, set the value to True to suppress claim status change emails specifically for supervisors.
- Select Save.
To allow supervisor notification emails to be sent automatically:
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Claims.
- In the claim_status_supervisor_email setting box, set the value to False.
- Select Save.
Verifying Suppression:
After updating the claim_status_supervisor_email setting:
- Create a new claim.
- Assign a supervisor.
- Change the claim status to Open.
- Check your email to confirm that the notification email to the supervisor was successfully suppressed.
