The show-claim-transaction-payment-method setting allows you to control whether users can manually select a payment method for claim payments.
- When enabled (checked by default), this setting allows users to choose the appropriate payment method for each claim payment transaction, accommodating cases where multiple payment methods are available.
- When disabled (unchecked), the payment method field will be removed from the claim payment transaction screen, preventing users from manually selecting a payment method.
To enable or disable this setting:
- Navigate to Settings > Modules > Claims.
- In the show-claim-transaction-payment-method box, complete one of the following steps:
- To enable, select True.
- To disable, select False.
- Access the claim payment transaction screen to confirm your change to the payment method dropdown has been applied based on the setting's status.
