Overview
To streamline the claims process and eliminate redundant data entry, BriteCore automatically imports involved parties from the policy’s declarations page into the claim when a new claim is initiated. In addition, there is an extensive list of contacts a user can select from when managing the claim.
When It Happens
This automatic inclusion occurs at the moment a claim is initiated, either:
- When First Notice of Loss (FNOL) is submitted, or
- When policy information is added to create a claim
Who Gets Included Automatically
The following policy parties are auto-inserted into the claim:
- First Named Insured
- Second Named Insured (if applicable)
- Mortgagee(s)
- Additional Interest(s)
- Drivers (for policies that include vehicle information)
How the Data Is Mapped
- Each party’s type and role (e.g., Mortgagee, Additional Interest) is preserved in the claim.
- Associated contact details (name, phone number, address, etc.) are carried over from the policy.

The dropdown for selecting a party role now includes an expanded list covering all roles needed for comprehensive claims processing.
