Overview:
The Print-Property-Forms-First setting resolves issues where forms associated with Declarations are printed out of order, particularly when Policy forms are being printed before Property forms. This setting ensures that, when multiple forms are present, Property forms are always printed before Policy forms. This is especially useful when clients have specific policies that require property forms to be printed first, regardless of the sort order within each category.
Setting Option:
- Print-Property-Forms-First
- When enabled, this setting ensures that Property forms are always printed before Policy forms when both categories are present, even if the Line setup indicates that Property forms should appear after Policy forms.
Behavior:
-
When the setting is enabled:
- The system will prioritize Property forms over Policy forms in the print queue, ensuring that forms from these two categories are printed in the correct order. The setting takes the category (Property or Policy) into account when determining the sequence of printed forms.
- This ensures that if there are multiple forms within the same sort order, Property forms will always be printed first, regardless of the order set in the Line setup.
-
When the setting is disabled:
- The system will follow the default order set in the Line setup, which may result in Policy forms being printed before Property forms if that's how the forms are sorted in the setup.
