BriteCore supports an FNOL workflow when creating a new claim. A broad category of users, including agents, a carrier’s claims team, and more, can initiate claims using the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) workflow. This setting provides a consistent and structured claim intake process across all user types.
User Experience Details
- A First Notice of Loss (FNOL) button is available on the Claims List screen.
- Selecting the FNOL button launches a guided claim intake process designed to ensure complete and accurate data collection.
- This option improves the efficiency and consistency of claim submissions for internal users.
Configuration Details
- A new permission has been added: britecore/claims/fnol
- To access the FNOL functionality:
- Users must be granted read/write (rw) access to the britecore/claims/fnol permission.
- Once assigned, the +New FNOL button becomes visible on the Claims List screen.
