Field Review
The form opens with the detected and mapped fields shown in the edit pane. Each field is color-coded:
- Green indicates a high-confidence match.
- Red indicates that no good match was found.
Review every field and confirm it is selecting the correct value, or at least capturing some information. For each red field, select it and browse the field list at the bottom to apply the correct field. Fields that are already mapped can be changed in the same way if the Copilot chose the wrong one.
You can also ask the Copilot to make changes in the panel, for example “Map the Mortgagee Name field to the first mortgagee on the policy” or “Format the effective date as MM/DD/YYYY.”
Confirmation
- When all fields are resolved, select Continue or Save. The form with live data opens for your confirmation, and the form becomes available for use in the system.
- Generate the document for the loaded policy or claim and check every value against the source record.
- To make manual changes, download the template in generation, PDF, or .docx format and edit the fields in Word, then upload the edited template.
You have created your document.
Next Steps
- Attach the document to the policy types and events that should produce it, as you would for any custom document.
- Test the document on a few policies or claims with different data (for example, with and without a mortgagee) before using it in production.
- To update the template later, open it from Custom Documents, load a policy or claim, and describe the change to the Copilot.
