Emails dashboard overview

The Emails dashboard allows you to view all email events triggered in the Policyholder portal. Emails can be sent to the policyholder, agent, agency, provider, and/or other.

Access the Emails dashboard

1. Log in to the Provider Administrator portal.
2. Select <your company> tile.
3. Select Emails on the sidebar.

In the Emails dashboard, you can:

• View all email events triggered in the Policyholder portal.
• Show only Insured email events.
• View additional details on email events.
• View email content.
• Filter emails sent by date range.
• Filter emails by Insured.
• Filter emails sent by date range and Insured.
