In the Emails dashboard, you can filter email events by both date range and Insured to view all emails sent to a particular Insured within a specific time range.
To filter emails by date range and Insured:
- Go to the Emails dashboard.
- In the From box, select a start date on the date picker calendar. You can also type the start date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
- In the To box, select an end date on the date picker calendar. You can also type the start date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
- In the Insured dropdown list, select an Insured’s name.
- Select Filter. Select Clear Filter to reset.
The dashboard will display all emails sent to the selected Insured within the selected time range.
