Considerations
By default, policy forms only print with a New Business Declaration (NB Dec) or if the form is added or updated after the NB Dec is issued. However, when the enable_notice_policyholder setting is enabled, all declarations (New Business, Renewal, and Endorsement) will include all applicable policy forms, regardless of whether they are new or updated. Forms not classified as Notice to Policyholders (NTPs) are unaffected by this setting and will continue to print as they normally do.
To verify which forms are printing with declarations (NB or Renewal), enable the include-forms-as-attachments setting. This allows you to check the list of forms included with the declarations.
When enable_notice_policyholder is enabled, policy transactions will print only the applicable policy forms.
