You can change your account settings in the Policyholder portal, including your username, email address, password, and PIN.
To change your account settings:
- Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
- On the top of the screen, select the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the Navigation Menu.
- Select View Account.
- Under Account Settings, select Change Account Settings.
- To change your username, type a new username in Username.
- To change your password, select Edit Password, then:
- In the Current Password box, type your current password.
- Select Show to display your password as you type.
- In the New Password box, type your new password.
- In the Confirm Password box, type your new password again.
- Select Save.
- To change your PIN, select Edit PIN, then:
- Under 4-digit PIN, type a new PIN. Select Show to display your PIN as you type it.
- Select Save.
- On the Change Account Settings screen, select Save.
You have successfully updated your account settings.
