Change your language preference

You can change your language preference in the Policyholder portal. The languages currently available are English and Spanish.

To change your language preference:

1. Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
   • Log in using a username/email and password
   • Log in to your account using a PIN
2. On the top of the screen, select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the Navigation Menu.
3. Select View Account.
4. Under Language, in the Select language dropdown list, select your preferred language.
5. Your selection is automatically saved and the screen immediately displays your preferred language.

You have successfully changed your language preference.
