In BriteCore, multi-policy discounts and combined billing require policy groups, which are created by linking policies. A policy can be linked to one policy group only. If you try to link a policy to more than one policy group, a Warning pop-up window will appear stating that the policy already exists in a policy group. You can link policies from the policy header on the policy Overview screens or from the policy header on the Accounts Receivable screen.
Link to an existing policy

- On the Policy Search screen, select a policy number to open a policy.
- Under Policy ID, select the purple link icon to open the Linked Policies dialog box.

- Under Policy ID, select the purple link icon to open the Linked Policies dialog box.
