Policy deliverables can vary from company to company, but BriteCore provides common stock deliverables, such as Declarations and Notices of Cancellation. Deliverables can be set up using the Deliverables tab in the Settings module or through the BriteDocs module.

With custom deliverables, you can preview, generate, and print any policy deliverables, including stock deliverables, at any time within a policy. Once a deliverable is generated, you can attach it to policy information emails.

Preview a custom deliverable

1. In the navigation, select Policies.
2. On thePolicies List screen, select a policy number to open a policy.
3. Select Custom Deliverable to open the Custom Deliverable dialog box.
4. Select a deliverable from theCustom Deliverable dropdown list.

Note: The Custom Deliverable dropdown list is populated with the deliverables created using the Deliverables tab in the Settings module.

5. Select Preview to open a PDF copy of the deliverable in a new tab.

Generate a custom deliverable

1. In the navigation, select Policies.
2. On the Policies List screen, select a policy number to open a policy.
3. Select Custom Deliverable to open the Custom Deliverable dialog.
4. Select a deliverable from the Custom Deliverable dropdown list.

Note: The Custom Deliverable dropdown list is populated with the deliverables created using the Deliverables tab in the Settings module.

5. Select Done. The selected deliverable will be saved to the Attachments tab of the policy.
