Contacts
Purpose
With the Contacts advanced setting auto-fetch-credit-score advanced setting enabled, you can automatically pull credit reports. When you make changes to the named insured’s name, DOB, SSN, or address while creating a quote or policy, BriteCore will automatically pull a new credit report to reflect the changes made.
Requirements
This setting requires True and False buttons.
Setting default
This setting's default value is False. When you make changes to a contact’s name, DOB, SSN, or address while creating a quote or policy, BriteCore logs the changes made but doesn’t automatically pull a new credit report to reflect the changes.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced, and then search auto-fetch-credit-score. Changing auto-fetch-credit-score to True triggers BriteCore to automatically update a contact’s credit score when changes are made to a contact’s name, DOB, SSN, or address.
Adoption considerations
The auto-fetch-credit-score doesn’t conflict with any other settings. If the auto-fetch-credit-score is set to True, a previous credit score exists, and the last credit score date is older than the most recent change made to the contact, BriteCore will automatically pull new credit reports when changes to a contact’s name, DOB, SSN, or address are made.
