Purpose
With the agent-claim-process-email-body advanced setting, you can customize the body of the email sent to the email address(es) identified in the Agent Claim Submitted administrative alert. An email is sent to the identified email address(es) when an agent submits a claim.
Requirements
This setting requires text for the body of the email that's sent to the email address(es) identified in the Agent Claim Submitted administrative alert.
Setting default
By default, this setting is blank, so the default message is sent to the email address(es) listed in the Agent Claim Submitted administrative alert, when an agent submits a claim.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced and search agent-claim-process-email-body. In the Setting Value box, type the body of the processed claim email using dynamic value insertion. To use dynamic value insertion of claim information, navigate to Settings > Modules > Claims > Processed Claims Agent Email Body and select the Help link. When an agent submits a claim, the customized email will be sent to the email address(es) identified in the Agent Claim Submitted administrative alert.
Adoption considerations
This agent-claim-process-email-body advanced setting doesn't conflict with other settings. The agent-claim-process-email-body advanced setting is directly related to the Processed Claims Agent Email Body setting in the Settings > Modules > Claims section. When you enter text in the Setting Value of the agent-claim-process-email-body advanced setting, BriteCore automatically populates that text in the Processed Claims Agent Email Body setting. When you add text in the Processed Claims Agent Email Body box, BriteCore automatically populates that text in the agent-claim-process-email-body advanced setting.
