View past claims

In the Information screen of the claim, you can view any past claims filed on the same policy. To view past claims, access the desired claim and:

1. Navigate to the Past Claims section of the Information screen.
2. In the Past Claims section, you will see claim numbers of the past claims filed on the policy. The claim number will display as a link.

3. Select the link to view additional information about the past claim. BriteCore will direct you to the Information screen of that claim.

To return to the current claim, use your browser’s back button.
