When return premiums or claim payments are ready to be issued but have not been exported to a general ledger (e.g., QuickBooks) from their respective queues, an email can be sent to designated recipients (see below).
Note: The email will contain a listing of unexported payments.

The following checks have not yet been exported and are still pending. Please log in and complete the required processes.
To set up this alert:
- In BriteCore, select Settings.
- On the Settings screen, select System Wide, and then select Administrative Alerts.
- On the Administrative Alerts screen, under Processing, in the Failed Check Exports box, type the email address(es) of those you want to designate as the recipient(s) of the email, and then select Save.
