In the Payment Log, you can view details about payments made within a specified date range. You can also view information about the policies that payments are issued on.
To view the policy information from the Payment Log:
- In the Payment Log, navigate to the payment that you want to view policy information for.
- Select the gray arrow next to the payment information, and an expanded view will open.
- In the expanded view you locate the following information:
- Policy Number
- Effective Date
- Billing Schedule
- Primary Insured
- Agent
- To close the expanded view, select the gray arrow again.
