BriteCore is releasing significant improvements to the legacy agent quoting experience based on client feedback. In this release, BriteCore enhanced the visibility of required fields in BriteQuote version 1 by highlighting these fields prior to submission.
What is changing
With this release, BriteCore enhanced the visibility of the Quote and Application Icons by increasing the size of the Q and A icons and replacing the button with a toggle switch. A new status indicator was added below the toggle switch to indicate whether the policy is an application or a quote. These two changes make it very clear to users whether they are working on a quote or an application.
In addition, BriteCore added another indicator on the navigation bar to show the number of incomplete sections. To further improve visibility, the text for incomplete fields is highlighted in red.
Furthermore, for the additional fields added after toggling to an application, BriteCore added text to the line item indicating the number of empty required fields in that section. This text is also displayed in red to improve visibility.
Note: Clients using BriteQuote V2 rather than BriteQuote V1 do not require these changes, since the V2 flow already provides similar features.
How does this impact you?
Clients using BriteQuote V1 will see these changes with the next release of BriteCore. Clients using BriteQuote V2 are not impacted.
