Clients can now access E-Delivered deliverables in the same way as Printed deliverables.
- We have updated the system to include electronic deliverables in agent attachments. Previously, only deliverables with a print state of "Printed" were displayed to agents. This update now allows agents to access eDelivered deliverables in the same way as users with admin access.
- We have included eDelivered deliverables when the agent portal setting “Module > Agent Portal > Options > Only display printed deliverables in Policies and Claims Documents page” is enabled. This ensures that agents can view all relevant deliverables when this setting is enabled.
How does this impact you?
No action is required by clients unless clients would like to update agent access to only view printed and/or eDelivered deliverables. If so, please go to the agent portal setting “Module > Agent Portal > Options > Only display printed deliverables in Policies and Claims Documents page” and select the checkbox.
