Previously, documents had to be uploaded to the DocFinity site manually. Now, the DocFinity integration provides an automated way to upload documents using the DocFinity API. Carriers will set up the data mapping via the vendor settings page to configure the integration.
How does this impact you?
Administrators can now set up the Docfinity integration through the vendor settings page. Clients will be able to set up the API host, API key, and data mapping for each deliverable type.
