Handling of Client Credits and Debits in Policy Term Transitions
BriteCore now prevents policies from entering non-pay cancellation pending status if available credit from the previous term covers the debit amount in the current term at renewal. To address this, the software now verifies if sufficient credit from the previous term covers current term debits, with the system processing policy terms effective from today onwards for accuracy. Display BriteCore Written Claims in Property Tab Vendor Claims Section
Claims created within the BriteCore claims module have been added to the existing loss section under the Property tab in the Policy Admin screen. This enhancement offers a consolidated view of claims, including those filed by vendors and BriteCore. (BC-13441)
Agent/Agency Relationship Lookup in Accounts Receivable
BriteCore now uses the 'policy-go-to' setting to establish the agent/agency relationship in the accounts receivable page. This enhancement ensures that the Account Receivable screen accurately reflects the relevant agency, eliminating the display of duplicate agencies and ensuring that email notifications are appropriately directed to the designated agency. Defects
Policy Type Switching
BriteCore now clears out items from the previous policy type when a user switches a quote to another policy type, ensuring a seamless transition. In cases of conflicts, a wizard displays an error message prompting users to contact the administrator for resolution. This improvement streamlines the policy type switching process and enhances conflict resolution capabilities, providing a smoother user experience. (BC-13529)
Resolution of Mortgagee Contact Field Issue in Endorsement Summary
Clients were experiencing an issue with the Endorsement Summary not generating when adding a mortgagee to a property that did not have an internal contact ID. To resolve this situation, now mortgagees without a contact ID are excluded from the summary. (BC-13591)
