Enhancements
Expanded Print Statuses to Reflect Electronic Delivery (BC-15064)
BriteCore has enhanced the print status to show "printed" for physical delivery and "emailed" for electronic delivery. Previously, print status was always set to "printed" regardless of whether a document was physically printed or electronically delivered (i.e. emailed or delivered through the Policyholder portal or app).
Option to Remove Accidents and Violations from View for Agents (BC-14329)
In Auto quoting, BriteCore has added a setting (auto.section.drivers.accidents_violations) to show or hide Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to agents in Quote Wizard. Previously, DMV-reported accidents and violations retrieved from LexisNexis MVR were always shared with the quoting agent.
New Integration Category for Replacement Cost Lookup Vendors (BC-14804)
BriteCore has created a new integration category specifically for Replacement Cost Lookup vendors. This enhancement will streamline the organization of vendors and improve efficiency in managing replacement cost data.
By creating a dedicated integration category for Replacement Cost Lookup vendors and moving the Corelogic RCT data accordingly, the organization and efficiency of vendor management is improved within the BriteCore Platform. Furthermore, aligning the logic of Corelogic RCT with that of e2Value replacement cost vendor will enhance the automation and usability of replacement cost data, contributing to a smoother workflow for users.
Auto MVR Integration to Attach MVR PDF (BC-13982)
The LexisNexis MVR integration has been enhanced to retrieve the data and attach the response PDF files when multiple drivers are requested in the same quote. Previously, BriteCore retrieved data and attached the response PDF from LexisNexis MVR queries when only one driver was part of the quote. When multiple drivers were part of the quote, the integration only retrieved the data. This upgrade streamlines the process, improves usability, and provides a more comprehensive MVR document for review and storage within the BriteCore Platform.
Auto Dispute Vendor-Reported Accidents and Violations (BC-14626)
BriteCore has added the ability for agents interacting with drivers to be able to dispute any inaccuracies or discrepancies in reported Accidents and Violations sourced from LexisNexis MVR and CLUE (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) databases.
Defects
Endorsement invoices replacing installments (BC-10249)
BriteCore has resolved an issue regarding the accounting behavior following a mid-term endorsement. Intermittently, when clients endorse a policy that causes a premium change, BriteCorewould generate an endorsement invoice and drop one of the installments. This situation caused the system to either not automatically draft the payment, or send an invoice to the insured for payment. For insureds on quarterly pay, this sometimes wasn't noticed for months until the next invoice tried to collect for the current and dropped invoice. This issue has been resolved in this release.
Billing Schedules Show on Agent Sweep Screen Even if Set Not To Show (BC-15091)
BriteCore resolved an issue that was causing billing schedules where “Show in Payment Sweep” was not selected to still appear on the payment options for agents. Previously, when the "Show in Payment Sweep" box was checked on a billing schedule, the billing schedule was supposed to appear as a selection in the billing schedule dropdown on the schedule sweep screen for agents, but did not. Conversely, when this box was not checked, the billing schedule would not appear as a selection in the dropdown. This issue has been resolved in this release.
