Print renewal and endorsement declarations for a policy

When making a change to a policy on the same calendar day a revision (new or renewal) is generated and endorsed, you want the endorsement declaration to accompany the renewal declaration. Administrators can enable the always-print-endorsement-docs advanced setting to ensure both forms print.

Enable the always-print-endorsement-docs advanced setting

To enable the always-print-endorsement-docs advanced setting:

1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
3. On the Advanced Settings screen, in the Search for a Setting box, type always-print-endorsement-docs, and then select Search.
4. In the always-print-endorsement-docs box, select True.

Verify the setting is enabled

To verify the always-print-endorsement-docs advanced setting is enabled:

1. In the BriteCore menu, select Policies.
2. On the Policies Search screen, navigate to and select a policy with a new or renewal revision with an effective date.
3. On the Information screen, to the right of Revision, select New.
4. Create a renewal revision, and then select Commit Revision.
5. In the Policies menu, select Attachments.
6. On the Attachments screen, complete the following steps:
   1. Verify the renewal declaration document was created.
   2. Ensure the Print State is set to To Be Determined.
7. In the Policies menu, select Overview, and then select Information.
8. On the Information screen, to the right of Revision, select New.
9. Create an endorsement revision with the same effective date as the renewal revision, and then select Commit Revision.
10. In the Policies menu, select Attachments.
11. On the Attachments screen, verify the renewal declaration’s Print State is set to To Be Determined.
