View and save custom deliverables

With the Custom Deliverable button, you can view and select deliverables to save in a claim's Attachments folder.

Note: The Custom Deliverable button doesn’t appear in the Agent portal.

To view custom deliverables, open the desired claim and:

1. Navigate to and select the Custom Deliverable button located in the claim’s header. The Custom Deliverable dialog box will open.

2. From the Custom Deliverable dropdown, select the deliverable you want to view.
3. Select the Preview link below the Custom Deliverable dropdown. The PDF of the deliverable will open in a new window.

To save custom deliverables, complete steps 1 and 2, and then select Done. BriteCore will automatically save the deliverable in the Attachments folder.

Usage consideration

When deliverables are saved in a claim's Attachments folder, they will populate in the Attachments dropdown list of the Email Claim Information dialog box.
