Pull a new credit score and report

You can pull a new credit report and credit score for the named insured in the Information tab.

Prerequisites

Before a credit score can be pulled, your BriteCore system must be integrated with ISO or LexisNexis Credit Scoring.

Pull new credit score and report

To pull a new credit score and report, open the desired contact and:

1. Navigate to Credit Reports in the Role section of the Information tab.
2. Select Get Credit Score. The new credit score will automatically populate in the Credit Reports table.
3. Select the magnifying glass next to the new credit score to pull the credit report.
4. The .pdf version of the credit report will appear as a tab at the bottom or at the top of the screen. Select the tab to open and view the credit report in a new tab.
