Usage considerations
A contact’s name can’t be deleted from the system. If you delete a contact’s name from the Name box, the contact will still appear in the Contact’s List, and your username will populate the Name box.
Once you select an option from the Gender dropdown list, you can't remove selections from and leave the Gender field blank. For example, if you select Male or Female for a contact and later find the contact prefers to not have that information disclosed, you can change the selection of Male or Female to Undisclosed, but you can't leave the Gender field blank.
