Delete system tags

A system tag is a tool used to gather information. In BriteCore, system tags are used to track and report BriteCore data points. System tags can be hard-coded system tags or client-created custom tags. You can delete a contact’s system tags in the Information tab.

To delete system tags, open the desired contact and:

1. Select Edit next to system tags. The Edit System Tags dialog box will open.
2. Select the information in the box(es) of the system tags you want to delete.
3. Press Backspace/Delete.
4. Select Done. If you select the X, you will return to the Information tab without deleting the system tags.
