Documents with forms
Documents and their associated forms display as a single document in the Documents screen.
Insured name is masked
When enrolling in the Policyholder portal, the insured name is masked.
When adding a missing policy to their account, the insured name is masked.
Provider Administrator portal
User Actions Report
Select the Download User Actions button to retrieve a report of user actions from the User Actions dashboard.
Web version redesign
Claims
Claims screens have a new design:
- Open and Closed Claims information displays in a submenu.
- The claim detail displays on the right.
- In Upload Photos, users can upload files in two ways:
- Drag and drop
- Click to upload
- Photos display in a carrousel for users to scroll through.
