ISO Protection Class lookup failures trigger a user warning that halts the rating process by having the user choose a new protection class and rate before committing the policy manually.
When enabled, the default-pc-lookup-to-prior Advanced setting causes the protection class to default to the previous year's protection class if the ISO lookup fails.
Enable the default-pc-lookup-to-prior Advanced setting
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
- On the Advanced Settings screen, in the Search for a Setting box, type default-pc-lookup-to-prior, and then select Search or press Enter/Return on your keyboard.
- In the rate_and_save section, in the default-pc-lookup-to-prior box, select True.
