Currently, when an STP rule is triggered, only the agent is provided details on which rules caused the quote to be referred from the Agent Wizard.
Changes
We created the stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure advanced setting to allow notes to be placed on the policy when an STP rule is triggered. These notes will help administrators understand the reason the quote was referred for underwriting review.
Note: When the setting is enabled, only administrators can view these notes.
Enable the stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure advanced setting
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
- On the Advanced Settings screen, in the Search for a Setting box, type stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure, and then select Search.
- In the stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure box, select True.
