In Notes, you can delete the notes you manually create only in the Provider Administrator portal.
To delete a note:
- In Notes, navigate to the manually created note you want to delete.
- In the top-right of the note, select the Delete Note button. The Delete Note dialog box will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Select Delete Note to delete the note.
Note: If you select Cancel or X, you will return to the Notes screen without deleting the note.
