In the Provider Administrator portal, the Notes screen appears in each module. However, in the Agent portal, the Notes screen appears only in the Policies module. The Notes screen contains a record of all notes created for the specific area it appears.
Depending on the module, the Notes screen will contain one of the following:
- A record of actions performed within the module.
- A record of actions performed within a specific contact, policy, or claim.
Note: BriteCore automatically generates notes to document actions performed. You can also create notes manually to document updates, changes, or alerts not already generated.
