The display_contact_system_tags advanced setting allows administrators and agents to view specific contact system tags on a policy. This setting stores a list of UUIDs for contact system tags that should be displayed on the policy information screen.
Configuring the display_contact_system_tags Setting
To enable and configure the display_contact_system_tags setting, follow these steps:

Configure Contact System Tags

Navigate to the contact management section and create or update contact system tags as needed.

Assign System Tags to Contacts

Add the configured system tags to the relevant contacts associated with a policy.

Update the Advanced Setting

Navigate to Settings > Policies > Advanced Settings.

Locate display_contact_system_tags.

Add the UUID(s) of the system tags to be displayed as a JSON array. Example: ["uuid-1", "uuid-2"]

Verify Display in Policy Information Screen

View a policy that includes contacts with the assigned system tags.
