View your policy Information

You can view your policy and location details, add/remove location photos, file a claim, make a payment, and update your account from the Details tab of the Policy screen. In addition, you can access the Documents tab to view/download your policy documents and upload your own documents.

To view your policy information:

1. Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
   • Log in using a username/email and password
   • Log in to your account using a PIN
2. Scroll to the Dwelling Property card. Your access to policy details depends on how many policies you have:
   • If you have a single policy, select View Policy.
   • If you have multiple policies, select the address link of the policy you want to view.

     Note: If your provider allows it, your inactive policies may display on the Dashboard and Policy list with the status Inactive.

3. Select the Details tab to:
   • View policy details.
   • Add a missing policy.
   •  ‎View location details.
   • Upload a new location photo.
   • Edit an existing location/property photo.
   • Delete a location/property photo.
   • File a claim.
   • View your contact information.
   • Make a payment (this option displays when you have a balance due).
4. Select the Documents tab to:
   • View and download your policy-related folders and documents.
   • Upload your own documents.
   • Create a folder.
   • Delete a folder.
   • Move a document.
   • Delete a document.
