Allow notes to be placed on the policy when an STP rule is triggered

The stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure advanced setting allows notes to be placed on the policy when an STP rule is triggered. These notes help administrators understand the reason the quote was referred for underwriting review. 

Note: When the setting is enabled, only administrators can view these notes. 

To enable the stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure advanced setting:

1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings. 
2. In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
3. On the Advanced Settings screen, in the Search for a Setting box, type stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure, and then select Search.
4. In the stp-make-detailed-note-on-failure box, select True.
