Column
Purpose
With the Status column, users can sort the policy list by policy status in ascending alphabetical order and descending alphabetical order.
Location
The Status column appears on the Policies search screen when the policy-based list is open.
Field default
By default, the policy list is arranged by the date policies are initially added to BriteCore, in reverse chronological order.

Change the default
Select the Status column once to sort the policy list by status in ascending alphabetical order.

Select the Status column a second time to sort the policy list by status in descending alphabetical order.

Select the Status column a third time to return the policy list to its original state.
Usage considerations
The Status column behaves the same in the Provider Administrator and Agent portals. The advanced setting enable-new-policy-search must be set to True to use the Status column. The policy-based list must be open to sort by Status. If the policy list is sorted by another column, select the Status column once to override the policy list arrangement and sort by status.
