Column
Purpose
The Review State column allows users to view policy review states in the policy list.
Location
For the Review State column to appear on the Policies search screen, you must set two Policies advanced settings to True:
- enable-new-policy-search
- show-review-state-column
Field default
By default, the Review State column displays the review status of all policies in the policy search results list. There are three default review states in the system:
- Pending Underwriter Review
- Pending Agent Review
- Pending Changes
Usage considerations
The Review State column behaves the same way in both the Provider Administrator and Agent portals. You can't sort the policy list by the Review State column.
